Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

The field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is one of old topics getting new emphasis.  Bias, prejudice, isms, and unequitable treatments across explicit and implicit identities and ways of being have long since plagued our culture and workplaces, but only more recently has their been a more widespread focus on some elements of anti-oppression work.  Fortunately and unfortunately, there is a lot we can do and a lot left to be done.  Myself and a team of professionals offer a variety of ways in which organizations and individuals can improve their DEI work and practices.


I work one-on-one coaching organizational leaders, train entire teams, or offer consulting services to identify, strategize, and implement custom DEI initiatives for individuals and organizations in need.  An outside set of eyes is invaluable in identifying soft spots that create large problems of inequity and injustice in our workplaces.
